Job Title: Asbestos Bulk Analyst Location: Worthing Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy in their search for an experienced Asbestos Bulk Analyst to join their laboratory team in Worthing. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Asbestos Bulk Analyst to join a respected consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality asbestos testing services. Working within a modern laboratory environment, you'll play a key role in identifying asbestos-containing materials while benefiting from structured workloads, supportive management, and genuine long-term career progression. THE ROLE As an Asbestos Bulk Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing asbestos bulk samples using polarised light microscopy (PLM) in accordance with HSG248 and UKAS procedures. Working as part of an experienced laboratory team, the Asbestos Bulk Analyst will ensure samples are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and turnaround times.
