The business has a consistent commercial workload and operates with clear processes, realistic scheduling, and strong operational support. What You'll Be Joining You'll be joining an established asbestos consultancy with a strong pipeline of work across Scotland. Salary & Benefits £30,000 - £35,000 salary (DOE) Company vehicle provided Structured and well-planned workload Commercial and mixed-use site work Company pension scheme Ongoing training and professional development Supportive management team Permanent, long-term position The Role Delivering Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264 Working across commercial, industrial, and public sector properties Conducting bulk asbestos sampling where required Producing clear, accurate, and compliant asbestos survey reports Managing your own diary and workload effectively Travelling across Glasgow and the wider Central Belt Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and site representatives Ensuring all work complies with current asbestos legislation and HSE guidance About You BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent) Proven experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor Strong understanding of HSG264 and current asbestos legislation Previous commercial surveying experience is desirable Comfortable working independently in a field-based position Strong communication and report-writing skills Professional, organised, and reliable Full UK driving licence Why This Role Consistent commercial workload Regional coverage across Glasgow and the Central Belt Structured scheduling with realistic expectations Strong operational and management support Company vehicle provided Long-term career stability Permanent position within an established asbestos consultancy If you are interested in this role, contact Joel Bland on (phone number removed) or email
