You'll Enjoy: Weekly pay - Every Friday Day shifts - No weekends Friday finish at 1pm - Every Week Consistent full-time hours and long-term stability Opportunity to go permanent Clean, organised manufacturing environment Key Responsibilities As an Assembler in Poole, Dorset, you'll be responsible for precision electronic and PCB production work, including: Hand soldering electronic components to a high standard PCB assembly (SMT and through-hole processes) Working with fine-pitch components with accuracy and care Mechanical assembly of electronic units and enclosures Cable preparation, crimping, and wiring tasks Inspecting, testing, and quality checking completed assemblies Rework and modification of electronic boards where required Working from technical drawings, BOMs, and build instructions What we're looking for Previous experience in PCB assembly or electronics manufacturing Strong hand soldering skills, including fine-pitch components Good understanding of SMT and through-hole processes High attention to detail and steady manual dexterity Ability to follow technical drawings and instructions A reliable, team-focused approach in a production setting Apply today and take the next step in your Assembler career in Poole, Dorset.
