What you\'ll be doing
- Lead, develop and motivate the Assembly, Staging & Deployment team.
- Plan resources and workloads to meet customer deadlines.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs and operational reporting.
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
- Manage stock, asset control and operational compliance.
- Act as the main escalation point for operational and customer issues.
- Build strong relationships across Projects, Sales and Operations.
- Promote a positive health & safety culture and ensure compliance with company standards.
What we\'re looking for
- Previous experience managing operational or technical teams.
- Strong leadership and resource planning skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- A continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Knowledge of stock, asset or supply chain operations is advantageous.
