Assembly Operative – Aluminium & Composite Assembly Location: Near Uxbridge, Middlesex (commutable from Slough, High Wycombe, Watford, Staines, Hayes, Maidenhead, Windsor, Reading and surrounding areas) Salary: £35,500 per annum (£18.45ph) + Daily Overtime Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm | Friday 8:00am – 12:00pm (37 hours per week) Syntech Recruitment are proud to be supporting a world-renowned aerospace manufacturer in their search for experienced Assembly Operatives to join their growing production team. This role is heavily focused on the assembly of aluminium, carbon fibre and composite components, using engineering drawings and detailed build instructions to produce high-quality aerospace assemblies. We are particularly interested in candidates with strong hands-on riveting and mechanical assembly experience, who are confident working with aluminium sheet/components, carbon fibre and other composite materials within a precision manufacturing environment.
