Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm Benefits Compressed working hours Long-term career opportunities and job stability Training and development Promotion from within Pay for skills The Company We are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join a well-established precision manufacturing business supplying high-quality components into the aerospace, defence and electrical sectors. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturer where you'll develop specialist assembly skills within a precision engineering environment. Previous assembly experience is not essential, as full training will be provided. We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and take pride in producing high-quality work. The Role Following a training programme, you will be responsible for assembling small, intricate components to a high standard of quality and precision. Duties will include: Assembling small precision components. Working from assembly instructions and technical documentation. Using small hand tools and specialist assembly equipment. Carrying out visual quality inspections. Ensuring products meet strict quality standards. Maintaining a clean and organised work area. Following all health & safety procedures. Candidate Requirements Excellent attention to detail. Enjoy working with small, intricate components. Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to work with precision. Reliable, motivated and eager to learn new skills. Able to follow instructions and work to high quality standards.
