Assembly Operative

Assembly Operative Salary: £25,836 per annum Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday (early finish every Friday) Location: Nottingham (On-site with free parking) Do you enjoy detailed, hands-on work? We're looking for a careful, reliable Assembly Operative to join our friendly manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing high-quality work, enjoys working with small components, and has excellent attention to detail. What you'll be doing * Assembling products using small components and hand tools. * Following detailed work instructions, drawings and specifications. * Carrying out quality checks to ensure every product meets our high standards. * Working as part of a supportive team to achieve daily production targets. * Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment. * Following all health and safety procedures and wearing PPE where required. What we're looking for * Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. * Good manual dexterity and confidence handling small, intricate components. * A patient, methodical approach and pride in producing quality work. * Reliable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Able to work independently as well as part of a team. * Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, production or a factory environment is beneficial.
