£13.45 per hour

Temp to Perm after 8 weeks

Rise10 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join a well-established Northamptonshire-based company specialising in the design and manufacture of bespoke industrial and commercial products.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous assembly, manufacturing, production or warehouse experience who is looking for a long-term opportunity with the chance to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.

The role will involve assembling products as part of a busy production environment, with some manual handling required due to the size and weight of materials. You will also support with the movement of stock and materials across the site.

The Role:

• Carrying out assembly work to manufacture bespoke industrial and commercial products
• Using hand tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks
• Reading and following basic instructions and specifications
• Lifting and handling heavier components and materials safely
• Moving stock and materials around the production area when required
