Job Title: Assembly Operative Location: Pershore Pay: £12.72 - £13.48 per hour Hours: 07:45am-17:00pm Mon-Thurs, 07:45am-13:00pm Friday As an Assembly Operator, you’ll use your hands-on skills to assemble components, working from basic technical drawings and delivering high-quality results in a busy production environment. What you will do: * Work within the assembly team in areas such as masking and sealing * Finish products to company quality standards * Gain knowledge and understanding of technical drawings * Use hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently * Work effectively within a fast-paced production environment * Support your team to meet production deadlines Skills and Experience needed: Essential: * Previous work with technical drawings * Experience in a production, assembly, or manufacturing environment * Experience using handheld tools * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Good verbal and written communication skills * A positive, proactive approach to teamwork If you are interested in our Assembly Operative role, then please apply now
