Assembly Operative

Prodrive Recruitment Consultants Ltd are seeking an experienced Assembly Operator to join our well-established clients based in Worcestershire, a leading manufacturer of complex and safety-critical engineering parts for the defence and transport sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in using their technical ability and hands on skills to assemble components and be able to work from technical drawings The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, good manual dexterity, and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment. Main Responsibilities: * Assemble products and components using hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment according to technical specifications. * Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure standards are met. * Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures at all times * Have knowledge of and the ability to read technical drawings * Finish products to company quality standards * Work effectively within a fast-paced manufacturing environment * Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. * Adhoc duties as required from time to time.
