FULLY REMOTE (Once a month London Office) Duties and responsibilities: 1. Assessment Administration & Scheduling • Support the creation of assessmentmaterial, communicating with subject matter experts to ensure tasks are completed to defined process and timelines. • Support the scheduling and coordination of exams and assessments across multiple qualifications. • Set up exams on the assessment platform, following defined processes and timelines. • Ensure all student entries and assessment details are recorded accurately on internal systems, including processing bookings and tickets. • Process bookings for B2B, bursary, deferrals and direct entries and accurately track tasks. 2. Platform & System Management • Assist with building and configuring assessments on the digital assessment platform, ensuring technical accuracy. • Monitor exam set-up and flag any technical or content issues to the Head of Education Operations. • Keep internal records updated in the CRM and assessment tracking systems. 3. Marking & Results & Certification • Monitor and support subject matter experts marking activities, reporting issues or delays to the head of Education Operations. • Assist with the preparation and issuance of results, feedback reports and digital credentials. 4. Proctoring & Compliance Support • Help process and investigate proctoring reports, including incidents of suspected malpractice. • Ensure documentation and outcomes from investigations are handled sensitively and in line with policy. 5. Reporting & Record-Keeping • Maintain accurate records of assessments activities and correspondence, including for thepurposes of financial tracking. • Support data reporting requirements for internal monitoring and external compliance. 6. Process Improvement & Team Support • Contribute to process reviews and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and service. • Provide general administrative support to the assessment team and wider Education function. • Participate in training and team meetings as required. Skills and Qualifications: • Experience in administration, ideally within education or assessment services. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Confidence using digital platforms and databases (e.g. LMS, assessment software, CRM). • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to fixed deadlines. • Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. • Familiarity with awarding body processes, compliance or invigilation procedures (desirable but not essential)
