Asset & Compliance Lead — Housing Safety & Strategy

Clyde Valley Group is seeking a Senior Asset and Compliance Lead to provide strategic leadership across asset management, compliance, landlord health and safety, and related services. You will ensure safe, well-maintained homes and compliant operations while driving data-driven investment planning.

Reporting to the Asset Manager, you will coordinate day-to-day activity, line manage the Asset and Compliance Team, manage contractor relationships and deliver inspections, servicing, and
