Asset & Compliance Leader — Housing Asset Management

Clyde Valley Group advertises an Asset & Compliance Manager role to lead a team ensuring safe, warm and well-maintained homes for tenants. Reporting to the Director of Property & Development, you will drive compliance, safety and evidence-led decisions across the organisation.

You will steer stock condition and EPC data usage to inform long-term investment planning and lifecycle decisions, building a high-performing culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
