What youll do Manage and improve our asset management systems, making sure data is accurate, reliable and trusted across the business Produce insightful reports and dashboards turning complex date into clear information to support better business decisions Maintain string data governance, quality controls and processes that keep property information complete, consistent and fit for process Enable robust investment, appraisal and planning decisions through data confidence Lead system, process and data improvements, providing governance and assurance that keeps our asset information accurate, compliant and fit for the future Lead and support a small team, creating a positive environment where colleagues develop, collaborate and deliver great outcomes Why join us This isn't just about data and systems.

We cant offer a CoS for this role You have Strong experience managing complex asset, property or operational data, ensuring information is accurate, reliable and trusted by colleagues Good knowledge of asset management systems, stock condition data and data governance, with the ability to maintain high-quality information Strong analytical skills, turning complex data into clear reports, dashboards and insights that support informed decision-making A curious and practical approach to problem solving, with experience improving processes, systems and ways of working Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to work confidently with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders at all levels A collaborative, organised and detail-focused approach, with the confidence to act as a trusted technical expert and drive positive change Stronger together We do our best work when were ourselves.
