We are recruitingfor 3 AssetSurveyors to join a leading Social Housing provider based in South Wales, supporting property services across the local region on a fixed termbasis
As an Asset Surveyor , you will be responsible for delivering a range of surveying services across housing stock, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard, compliant with regulations, and fit for purpose. Full-time (3740 hours per week) Hybrid working 1 day at homr 4 days on site or in office

Benefits of the Asset Surveyor include: Hybrid working Pension scheme of 12% 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Flexible £625 Benefit Allowance Key responsibilites include: Conducting property inspections, including planned works surveys Preparing specifications of work and managingDLO to deliverplanned works projects Frontline operational role supporting contract delivery and contractor performance Ensuring all works are completed in line with compliance and health & safety standards Managing projects within occupied properties, ensuring minimal disruption to residents Liaising with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication Monitoring budgets and ensuring cost-effective delivery of works Producing detailed reports and maintaining accurate records using internal systems Supporting the delivery of planned maintenance programmes The successful AssetSurveyor will have: Proven experience in a similar Building Surveyor role, ideally within Social Housing Strong knowledge ofplanned works Experience managing DLO and overseeing works on site Good understanding of Health & Safety and compliance requirements Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
