We are recruitingfor 3 AssetSurveyors to join a leading Social Housing provider based in South Wales, supporting property services across the local region on a fixed termbasis As an Asset Surveyor , you will be responsible for delivering a range of surveying services across housing stock, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard, compliant with regulations, and fit for purpose. Contract: 1 Year Fixed Term Contract Full-time (3740 hours per week) Hybrid working 1 day at homr 4 days on site or in office Our client is a well-established Social Housing group managing a large portfolio of residential properties across Newportand the surrounding areas.
