About The Role Supporting people living with dementia, mental health issues and behaviours that may challenge Day and Night Shifts available We are looking for individuals who have a positive, patient and flexible attitude along with excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting people. Our care assistants are part of a dedicated and highly trained team. They are at the heart of our service and support our ladies and gentlemen to communicate while understanding their individual needs and building empowering relationships with them. These roles are all about being committed to the wellbeing of each person, looking after any complex needs with real sensitivity. As part of a dedicated care team, you will: Develop and review individual care plans for our ladies and gentlemen and provide personal care in line with them, enhancing their physical, emotional and spiritual well being; Meeting and greeting other visitors to the home. Though previous experience is desirable, the right approach and willingness to undertake full training is far more important to us.
