Assistant Charity Shop Manager — Lead & Develop Team

Mencap in Wrexham is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to join our charity retail team for 37.5 hours per week on a permanent basis. You will work on a 7-day rota, with flexible days. The role focuses on maximizing donations, sales and Gift Aid while leading a small team and ensuring store standards.

You should have prior experience as an assistant manager or supervisor, with budgeting and banking duties, and be committed to Mencap values. Weekend and Bank Holiday availability is expected.
