The Vacancy Assistant Director of Procurement & Property Management Location: Lombard House, Central Belfast (Hybrid Working) Hours: 37 hours per week Contract: Permanent Join Inspire at an Exciting Time We're looking for an experienced and strategic Assistant Director of Procurement & Property Management to join Inspire in a newly created leadership role.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and drive our procurement and property strategies, helping ensure our services are delivered efficiently, compliantly and sustainably for the future.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver Inspire's procurement and property strategies across the organisation.
Oversee property and estates management, including facilities, maintenance, utilities and capital projects.
Drive value for money through effective sourcing, contract management and supplier governance.
Ensure compliance with procurement regulations, governance standards and risk management requirements.
Develop strong partnerships with stakeholders and provide expert advice to support key business decisions.
Lead, coach and develop high-performing procurement and estates teams.
What We're Looking For: We're seeking a strategic leader with significant experience in procurement, contract management and property or estates management, along with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering organisational impact.
