The Opportunity:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Assistant Finance Analyst to join a well-established national retail business. This role offers excellent exposure across finance and operational teams, providing meaningful insight into business performance and supporting decision-making across a large multi-site estate.
This position is ideal for an experienced or part-qualified finance professional to develop their career within a fast-paced commercial environment. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, analysing financial performance, delivering valuable reporting, and contributing to forecasting and budgeting activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Produce regular performance reports and financial insights for operational stakeholders.
- Analyse sales trends, business performance metrics, and expenditure to identify opportunities and risks.
- Support the preparation of monthly management accounts, including accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
