Assistant Gym General Manager – Growth & Guest Experience

Club4 Fitness Inverness seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in delivering an outstanding member experience and driving revenue growth. You will lead operations, supervise staff, and ensure high service standards across the club.

The role oversees daily gym operations, trains and motivates team members, and partners with regional leadership to achieve performance targets and community engagement. Candidates should have leadership experience and CPR/AED certification.
