As a Maintenance Assistant at Aria Court Care Home, you will be responsible for ensuring all checks are complete and a safe environment for residents, team members and visitors whilst maintaining a high quality of service within the home.About Aria Court Care Home: After a recent refurbishment, Aria Court is now a sparkling 92-bedroom care home with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.Located in a quiet residential nook in March, Cambridgeshire, our home boasts a cinema, hair salon, multiple dining rooms. The kitchen team at Aria Court are award-winning and have even created their own cookbook full of their best recipes. As one of the leading residential care homes in March, Cambridgeshire, Aria Court offers nothing less than the best care for your loved one in a safe and comfortable environment.The Maintenance Assistant will work closely with the Maintenance Operative to manage and ensure the safe and pleasant environment for all residents and employees, working closely with wider teams to provide strong leadership and inspiration ensuring the highest service standards are achieved.Salary: £12.71 per hour.Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, worked on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday.Responsibly for the maintenance of the refuse area and the removal of clinical waste and rubbish from the home.Ensure that all electrical equipment and boiler house is maintained and repaired if required.Training, Skills & Experience Required:Experience in a similar maintenance role is essential.Competent in Microsoft Office packages.Competitive salary.28 days of holiday per year.Free Blue Light Card & access to the Blue Light discount platform.Refer a friend scheme.About Athena: Athena Care Homes are a family run business with seven homes across East Anglia.
