Responsible for:

Stock taking and ordering

Cash handling

Liaising with the kitchen

Providing input into staff rotas

Dealing with customers complaints

Meeting and greeting customers and developing a rapport

Helping the restaurant and bar to achieve other awards

Most have an interest in real ales and showing off your cocktail skills

Must be able to explain different drinks to the customers

Have a wealth of knowledge on a verity of real ales and developing good relationships with local breweries

Recognising locals and VIPS
