We are working with a premium, fast-growing hospitality business in Inverness looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional with strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering high standards. The Role Support the management team with daily operations Lead, motivate and develop the team Deliver an exceptional customer experience Maintain high service and operational standards Support sales, KPIs and commercial performance Manage shifts and resolve customer queries Support team training and development Ensure company, health & safety and operational standards are maintained About You Previous Assistant Manager or senior hospitality experience Experience within a premium or customer-focused environment Strong leadership and communication skills Commercially aware with experience working to targets Confident managing a team in a fast-paced environment Professional, positive and hands-on approach Flexible to work evenings and weekends Experience or qualifications relating to wine, xkybehq beverages or hospitality would be highly desirable What's on Offer?
