Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor (Repairs Maintenance) Day Rate Contract £250 - £300 per day | Initial 3 Month Rolling Contract | 1 Day Per Week in Office South London We're working with a growing construction consultancy in South London that is looking to appoint two Assistant Quantity Surveyors or Quantity Surveyors to support a repairs and maintenance programme for a local authority. This is a great opportunity for someone with a quantity surveying background who enjoys working with data and wants to be involved in a high-profile council repairs project. Previous experience on a similar programme isn't essential. The Role * Supporting a local authority repairs and maintenance programme. * Reviewing and analysing repairs, maintenance and commercial data. * Working closely with the wider commercial team to provide accurate reporting and commercial insights. * Hybrid working with 1 day per week in the South London office. About You * Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor level. * Experience working for a main contractor and/or local authority/council. * Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail. * Personable, proactive and confident working with stakeholders. * Experience within repairs and maintenance is advantageous but not essential. * Must be commutable to South London 1 day per week What's on Offer * Day rate contract (up to £300 per day depending on experience). * Hybrid working with just 1 day per week in the South London office. * Opportunity to join a growing consultancy delivering work for a London local authority. * Immediate start available.
