Assistant Restaurant Manager – Live-In Role (Scotland)

Crieff Hydro Hotel and Resort in Scotland is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the Food & Beverage team across multiple dining outlets. You will supervise day-to-day operations, support the Restaurant Manager, and lead by example during service.

This full-time role (45 hours per week) includes live-in accommodation. You will coach and develop servers and bartenders, manage rotas and recruitment, and engage the team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
