Assistant Site Manager - Newark - 1 Month Approach Personnel are currently working with an industry leading, new build housing developer who are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Assistant Site Manager on a freelance basis for a short-term project in Newark, starting

Monday the 17th of August . The ideal candidate will have relevant New Build Housing management experience and have excellent knowledge of NHBC standards and practices. Key Requirements: Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid tickets. Proven experience managing similar new build housing developments Strong Health & Safety and site procedure knowledge is essential. Strong understanding of NHBC standards and procedures.
