Responsibilities

As Assistant Store Manager, you will:

  • Lead the team and maintain standards.
  • Be a role model for delivering customer experience and train your team to deliver consistently.
  • Create a working environment that engages colleagues.
  • Develop the best team possible through succession planning.
  • Provide on‑spot feedback and celebrate success.
  • Lead visual merchandising efforts, ensuring meticulous store presentation that aligns with the Sports Direct Brand.
  • Drive store performance by achieving and exceeding goals and ensuring the team follows best practice and brand knowledge.

  • Recent management experience.
  • Passion for retail and people.
  • Confident leader who can motivate and challenge others.
  • Data‑led and target driven.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels.
  • A desire and hunger to be the best.

Benefits

Salary £33,448 per annum plus bonus.
