Assistant Store Manager: Lead Team & Customer Experience

British Heart Foundation in Glasgow is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our home store team. You will support the Store Manager with daily operations and take full responsibility in their absence.

You will inspire staff and volunteers to deliver an outstanding customer journey, aiming for the highest retail standards while driving sales through both physical and digital channels. This role requires flexibility to work across 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays.
