Associate Building Surveyor Job Location South East London Salary £80,000 maximum, dependent on experience Employment Type Permanent, Full-time Job Overview An Associate Building Surveyor opportunity in South East London, combining building surveying and project management within a multidisciplinary construction consultancy. Suitable for a qualified building surveyor with relevant post-qualification experience and MRICS status, or someone actively working towards it. You will support a range of building projects, working with clients and project teams across surveys, design, tendering, contract administration and statutory approvals. Role & Responsibilities Act as Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent Complete surveys, inspections and feasibility studies Prepare drawings, specifications and schedules of work Manage tender processes and contract documentation Coordinate statutory approvals and Party Wall procedures Skills & Experience Required BSc Honours in Building Surveying or equivalent competence At least one year of relevant post-qualification experience MRICS qualified or actively progressing towards accreditation Strong building surveying and project management skills Confident client communication and interdisciplinary teamwork Salary & Benefits Salary up to £80,000 dependent on experience Hybrid working and flexible working hours Medicash, life assurance and pension scheme Annual leave benefits and birthday leave Professional development scheme and funded professional fees About Hunter Dunning Hunter Dunning is a specialist property and built environment recruitment consultancy established in 2004, focused on quality and long-term partnerships in the UK and Ireland property and construction market.
