This is a senior post-contract cost management role with a strong client-facing focus. You will take ownership of commercial delivery, manage key relationships and support the wider business beyond project delivery, including bids, team development and operational activity. The role would suit someone who is highly self-assured, commercially strong and comfortable operating in a demanding client environment. Requirements Strong post-contract Cost Management or Quantity Surveying experience. Significant experience working under NEC contracts Alternatively, a strong background across complex major civils, including Ports & Marine, bridges, tunnels or large reinforced concrete structures. Interest in progressing towards Associate Director level. My client is keen to bring in people who want to contribute beyond project delivery. The Associate level is seen as a key development step towards Associate Director, with opportunities to become involved in mentoring, line management, bids and wider business activity.
