The Role As Associate Director within the Lease Advisory team, you will play a central role in delivering landlord & tenant advice across a national portfolio, while helping to drive the team's growth and reputation. Key responsibilities include: Leading on rent review and lease renewal instructions across a national client base Supporting wider lease and asset management opportunities Inspecting and measuring assets, and gathering robust comparable evidence Preparing client schedules, lease event reports and client-facing advice Acting as a key point of contact for clients, opposing advisors and colleagues Playing an active part in the growth and strategic direction of the Lease Advisory team Identifying and securing new instructions from existing and new clients Supporting senior Partners on larger instructions, key client relationships and business generation Collaborating with wider commercial teams to develop new fee opportunities and maintain a joined-up client offering Championing the Lease Advisory team's profile both internally and in the wider market About You We're looking for a technically strong, commercially minded Landlord & Tenant professional who is ready to take on real ownership and help build something. You will ideally have: Chartered MRICS status Extensive post-qualification experience in Landlord & Tenant work A recognised specialism in landlord & tenant matters Strong business development skills and existing industry contacts A proven track record of managing and growing client relationships Excellent communication, interpersonal and people management skills A proactive, self-driven approach to identifying new opportunities Why Join?
