Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Associate Director to join our Large Complex Estates team, responsible for delivering best-in-class property management services across a portfolio of prestigious mixed-use assets.Working closely with clients, occupiers, residents, facilities management teams and wider Savills specialists, you will play a key role in the strategic and day-to-day management of complex estates comprising commercial, residential, retail, leisure and public realm environments.You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships, driving operational excellence, overseeing financial performance and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across your portfolio.This is an outstanding opportunity to act as the lead relationship manager for one of the market's most prominent regeneration landlords, providing a platform to further strengthen both your personal profile and the Savills brand.
