Associate HR Business Partner | Generalist & ER Advisor

Bestway Group is seeking an Associate HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, you will have full responsibility of your client group consisting of stakeholders across depots and Head Offices and other functions.

Your role will deliver a full generalist HR operations and advisory service to a client group of approximately 5,500 colleagues across 63 depots and Head Offices, focusing on HR operational tasks, employee relations guidance, policies and
