About the Role

A specialist Public Law & Regulation team is seeking an NQ-2 PQE Solicitor to advise clients across sectors including energy, healthcare, water, education, life sciences, food and drink, and product regulation.

The team handles both contentious and non-contentious matters for government bodies, regulators, public authorities and regulated businesses.

Key Areas

• Judicial review and regulatory appeals.

• Human rights, constitutional and equalities law.

• Statutory powers, interpretation and legislative drafting.

• Regulatory compliance, enforcement and consultation.

• Economic and consumer regulation.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor at NQ-2 PQE.

• Public law or regulatory experience desirable but not essential.

• Strong academics, analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Proactive and collaborative approach.

• Genuine interest in developing a career in Public Law & Regulation.
