I have instructions from my US firm client, whose London office is looking to add a senior level Real Estate associate (ideally 2020 qualification year or earlier).

This is a great opportunity to work closely with Partners on a broad range of high-value, sophisticated and cross-border transactions, including:

Real estate joint ventures & structured investments

Acquisitions & dispositions of real estate and real estate-holding structures

Capital solutions & complex M&A transactions with real estate components

Cross-border & multi-jurisdictional transactions. xwzovoh

The role offers significant client exposure, involvement in headline transactions and the opportunity to work with global clients at the intersection of Corporate and Real Estate law.

The firm pays Cravath rates.
