Our client's Antitrust & International Competition team is expanding and is consequently looking for a 2-4 PQE associate to join the London office.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile cross-border M&A transactions, merger control and foreign investment matters, collaborating closely with Corporate partners, while enjoying early client exposure and real responsibility.

The suitable candidate will have:

2-4 years' PQE in UK/EU Competition law from a leading firm

Strong transactional Antitrust experience, particularly in M&A

Expertise in UK/EU merger control and foreign investment

Experience coordinating multi-jurisdictional filings.
