My US firm client has one of London's leading M&A practices, advising on some of the market's most complex and high-profile cross-border transactions.

The firm is looking for a Common Law qualified lawyer with 2-4 years' PQE experience in complex M&A transactions, cross-border deal execution and client management.

The UK M&A team advises on complex, cross-border transactions, covering all aspects of public & private M&A for a broad range of clients, including UK listed companies, multinational organisations and financial sponsors, across a range of sectors. xwzovoh The role involves advising on and delivering some of the most prominent and sophisticated M&A deals in the market.
