Were looking for an experienced Structural engineer who wants to lead, influence and make a real impact, on projects, clients and people. Partridge has a strong focus on architecturally driven project with a focus on high-end residential design, Heritage and event design . The role would suit someone who enjoys leading technically challenging projects, and being a leader of a team. This is an opportunity to combine technical expertise, leadership and business development while helping shape the next stage of Partridges growth. A Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) or equivalent qualification. 7+ years engineering/design experience . Strong technical capability within your area of specialisation, with an appreciation of multidisciplinary engineering. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong commercial awareness and an interest in business development.
