About the Role: We are recruiting for a well-established accountancy practice in Chelmsford, seeking an experienced and motivated Audit & Accounts Senior to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Leading audits from planning through to completion, liaising with the client and managing the audit team.
- Preparing financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP and FRS 102.
- Reviewing the work of junior staff and providing guidance and training as required.
- Managing a portfolio of clients across various sectors, ensuring that the service we provide meets the firm's quality standards.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Assisting in the development of the practice, including networking and business development activities.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- A minimum of three years' experience in audit and accountancy within a practice environment.
