Audit Senior Manager Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver audits across a varied SME and OMB client portfolio
Oversee planning, fieldwork and completion, ensuring technical excellence
Coach, mentor and develop a growing audit team
Review audit files and provide technical guidance to team members
Strengthen audit processes and contribute to continuous improvement
Build strong, long-term client relationships and add commercial insight
Work closely with Partners on departmental strategy and client service delivery
Play a key role in shaping the ongoing growth of the Audit function
Opportunity to broaden scope and progress towards Director/RI responsibilities
As and Audit Senior Manager you will be:
ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
Either an experienced Audit Senior Manager or a high-performing Audit Manager ready to step up
Strong background in SME/OMB audit work is desirable
Confident leading teams and managing multiple assignments
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
A collaborative, positive leader who sets high standards
