Autism Initiatives is seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide and develop our Bangor Service, shaping its growth to meet evolving needs of the individuals we support. This role is ideal for someone stepping into leadership or expanding management skills, with a clear focus on person-centred support and inclusive practice.
