Working as the first point of contact, you will play a key role in ensuring every customer receives an exceptional service throughout their vehicle's journey.
DAY TO DAY:- Welcoming customers and carrying out vehicle check ins upon arrival.
- Creating and managing job cards using the internal CRM system.
- Understanding customer requirements and communicating these effectively to the workshop team.
- Providing regular updates to customers via telephone, email and face to face.
