Autonomous Quantity Surveyor – Belfast (55k-75k) + Van

The role covers feasibility through final account, with full ownership of project finances on a NI project, and close collaboration with clients and senior stakeholders.

The successful candidate will manage budgets, tender bids, and contracts (JCT/NEC), while ensuring regulatory compliance and robust cost control.
