If you've come from: Royal Air Force (Aircraft Tech / Avionics / Mechanical) British Army REME (Aviation / Aircraft support) Royal Navy Air Engineering You'll already have: ? Structured training experience ? Strong technical foundation ? Instruction / mentoring exposure ? Safety-critical mindset ? Leadership and discipline What We're Looking For
Aviation maintenance qualification Ideally an instructional qualification
(training can be provided) Minimum 5 years industry experience Comfortable delivering training and engaging groups IT literate (MS Office) Full UK driving licence Able to pass enhanced DBS Package
£48,000 ? £54,000 DOE 25 days holiday + bank holidays Pension scheme Cycle to work scheme Full-time, permanent The Bottom Line
