Our client, a renowned name in aerospace training, is currently seeking a B2 Training Instructor specialising in the Airbus H135. This is a temporary role offering flexibility regarding your location, and it entails delivering high-quality training services focused on the aircraft's avionics, electrical, and electronic systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and delivering comprehensive training programmes for the Airbus H135
Instructing trainees on H135 avionics, electrical, electronic, communication, and navigation systems maintenance and operations
Ensuring trainees grasp core competencies, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols
Evaluating trainee performance and providing constructive feedback
Updating training materials to reflect the latest industry standards and practices
Supporting trainees through their learning journeys to achieve certification goals
Collaborating with the training team to maintain a high standard of instructional quality
Job Requirements:
Strong experience in B2 aircraft maintenance
Proficiency with the Airbus H135, with extensive knowledge of its avionics, electrical, and electronic systems
Previous instructional or teaching experience is advantageous but not required, as full instructor/teaching training will be provided
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively
Ability to adapt communication and training approaches to suit different learning styles
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage training schedules efficiently
Relevant B2 licence and qualifications relating to the Airbus H135
