Job Description

About Us

\n

Benjamin Button is a fast-growing UK health and wellness brand, best known for our premium liquid collagen drinks. We're expanding into independent pharmacies and health retailers across the UK, and we're looking for a driven, early-career sales professional to help lead that growth.

\n

The Opportunity

\n

This is a rare chance to own a real sales channel from day one, not just book meetings for someone else to close. You'll be pitching directly to pharmacy owners and buyers, negotiating your own deals, and building a book of accounts you can watch grow with a clear route to a senior/leadership role in the channel as you prove yourself.

\n

What You'll Do

\n

    \n
  • Identify and approach independent pharmacies and health stores in your territory
  • \n

  • Pitch the Benjamin Button range to owners, managers, and buyers, in person and remotely
  • \n

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and first orders
  • \n

  • Build relationships that turn into repeat, growing accounts
  • \n

  • Track your pipeline and report on progress against monthly targets

\n\n

What We're Looking For

\n

    \n
  • 1–2 years' B2B or field sales experience (FMCG, wholesale, retail, or similar pharmacy experience is a bonus but not required)
  • \n

  • A proven ability to run a full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing
  • \n

  • Excellent communication skills and genuine confidence talking to people face-to-face
  • \n

  • Self-starter energy comfortable handling rejection and driving your own pipeline
  • \n

  • Full UK driving licence

\n\n

Package

\n

    \n
  • Base salary: £30,000–£34,000
  • \n

  • Uncapped commission — realistic OTE £50,000–£70,000
  • \n

  • Hybrid working, based from our London office
  • \n

  • Mileage/car allowance

\n\n

Location & Jurisdiction: London, UK
