B2B Sales Executive - Water & Utilities Peterlee | Hybrid | £26,678-£29,987 + OTE £42k+ | Monday-Friday The Opportunity Are you an experienced sales professional who enjoys winning new business, building relationships and closing deals? We're looking for a B2B Sales Executive to join a growing commercial sales team in Peterlee, selling water services to business customers while identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional utility services. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a target-driven sales environment, wants to earn strong commission and is looking for genuine progression potential. What You'll Be Doing Generate and close your own new business opportunities Make a high volume of outbound sales calls Handle inbound and warm leads Build relationships with business customers Identify opportunities to cross-sell water, waste and other utility services Generate quotations and convert them into sales Manage your own sales pipeline Handle objections confidently and close deals Record customer and sales activity accurately on Salesforce Work towards and exceed individual sales targets What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Experienced in B2B sales, telesales or business development Confident speaking to business owners and decision-makers Comfortable making outbound calls and working to targets Motivated by commission and achieving results Strong at objection handling and closing sales Confident building rapport quickly Organised and able to manage their own pipeline Resilient, competitive and commercially mindedPrevious water, energy, utilities or B2B sales experience is highly desirable, but transferable sales experience will also be considered.
