Baby Room Leader – Leamington Spa Location: Leamington Spa, Warwickshire Contract: Permanent | Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: Up to £14.75 per hour About the Role ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are delighted to be supporting a welcoming and well-established nursery in Leamington Spa with the recruitment of an experienced Baby Room Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Early Years professional to lead a 12-place Baby Room, creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where babies can thrive. You'll play a key role in supporting your team, maintaining high standards of care and education, and ensuring every child receives the best possible start in life. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire the team within the 12-place Baby Room Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS framework Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment tailored to babies' individual needs Act as Key Person, supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing Plan engaging activities that encourage early development and exploration Complete observations, assessments, and learning records accurately Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues Support, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain high standards of practice Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are followed at all times Contribute to maintaining a positive, inclusive, and child-centred nursery environment What We're Looking For Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised) – essential Previous experience working within a UK nursery setting Experience in a senior practitioner or room leader role is desirable Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills A caring, enthusiastic, and professional approach Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Why Apply? £14.75 per hour Permanent full-time position (40 hours per week) Lead a dedicated 12-place Baby Room Supportive and welcoming nursery environment Ongoing training and career progression opportunities Join a nursery committed to delivering outstanding Early Years care and education Ready to Apply?
