Bakery Production Manager – OEE & Quality Focus

Gap Personnel is seeking an experienced Food Production Manager to lead end-to-end bakery manufacturing in a chilled pastry environment. You will oversee four production lines and multiple areas, focusing on OEE, efficiency, yield, waste reduction, and GMP excellence.

Responsibilities include managing labour, delivering production plans, and collaborating with QA, Technical, and Engineering to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement across all bakery operations.
